Our Referral Program allows registered users to earn rewards by bringing new users to the platform through their personal referral links. The program is designed to reward genuine participation while protecting the platform against fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or artificial activity.

By participating in the Referral Program, using a referral link, or earning rewards through the program, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.

1. Referral Commission Rates

Referral commissions are credited to the user who successfully refers eligible activity through their personal referral link.

The current referral commission rates are:

Referral commissions are only awarded for eligible and approved activity. Activities that are rejected, deleted, duplicated, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise considered invalid may not generate commissions.

2. Seven-Day Referral Attribution

When a visitor clicks a user’s personal referral link and enters the website, that visitor will be associated with the referring user for a period of 7 consecutive days from the time of the referral click, subject to the platform’s tracking and verification systems.

During this 7-day referral period, eligible activities performed by the referred user may generate referral commissions for the person who originally referred them.

This may include:

• Approved comments
• Eligible registration
• Approved Directory Listings
• Approved Default Posts
• Other activities specifically identified by the platform as referral-eligible

The applicable referral commission rate for each activity will remain the same as the rates listed in this Policy.

Example

If a visitor clicks a referral link on Day 1 and becomes associated with the referring user, any eligible activity completed by that visitor during the following 7 days may generate the applicable referral commission for the original referrer.

For example, if the referred user submits an approved comment, listing, or post during the 7-day referral period, the referring user may receive the corresponding referral commission.

After the 7-day referral period expires, new activities performed by that user will no longer generate referral commissions for the original referrer through that referral attribution.

The 7-day attribution period does not guarantee earnings. Each activity must still meet the applicable approval, verification, and eligibility requirements.

3. Referral Attribution

Referral attribution is intended to reward users who genuinely introduce new visitors to the platform.

The platform may use cookies, IP information, device information, account information, referral parameters, and other technical signals to maintain and verify referral attribution.

If multiple referral links or accounts create conflicting attribution information, the platform may use its internal tracking and verification systems to determine the applicable referral attribution.

The platform’s referral tracking system will be used to determine whether an activity qualifies for a referral reward.

4. User Self-Earnings

Users may also earn rewards from their own eligible activities. These earnings are separate from referral commissions.

Only eligible and approved activities qualify for self-earnings.

Rejected, deleted, duplicated, manipulated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid activities may not generate earnings.

5. New User Welcome Bonus

Eligible new users may receive a ৳5.00 Welcome Bonus after registration.

The Welcome Bonus is subject to the platform’s eligibility and verification requirements.

The platform may withhold, cancel, or remove the Welcome Bonus if an account is identified as a duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or artificially created account.

6. First Directory Listing Feature — Free

Every eligible user may submit their first Directory Listing feature order for free.

The first eligible Directory Listing feature order will be charged at:

After the free first order, additional Directory Listing feature orders will be subject to the applicable package price.

7. Feature Packages

Users may use eligible available earnings in their account balance to purchase supported feature packages.

Referral earnings may be used to purchase these feature packages, provided the user has sufficient available balance and the purchase meets the platform’s applicable requirements.

Feature package prices may be changed or updated by the platform from time to time.

8. Referral Link Usage

Each participating user may receive a personal referral link.

Users may share their referral links through legitimate channels and may invite genuine visitors to the platform.

Referral links must not be used for spam, misleading promotions, automated traffic, fake registrations, or any other activity designed to artificially increase rewards.

9. Click Verification and Anti-Abuse Protection

Referral clicks may be monitored and verified using technical and security measures.

The platform may use human verification, including security systems such as Cloudflare Turnstile, when visitors access referral links or perform certain activities.

Repeated clicks or suspicious traffic may not qualify for referral rewards.

The platform may use IP-based, device-based, account-based, cookie-based, and other technical signals to identify abnormal or artificial activity.

10. Daily Paid Comment Limit

The current daily limit for paid comments is:

5 comments per day

Only comments that satisfy the platform’s approval requirements may qualify for applicable earnings.

Comments exceeding the daily paid limit will not generate additional paid comment rewards unless the platform changes the applicable limit.

11. Invalid and Prohibited Referral Activity

The Referral Program is intended for genuine participation.

The following activities may be considered invalid or prohibited:

• Creating duplicate accounts to obtain additional rewards
• Using one’s own referral link to generate self-referrals
• Creating fake registrations
• Generating artificial or repeated clicks
• Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or other artificial methods
• Creating comments, listings, or posts solely to manipulate the reward system
• Manipulating referral attribution
• Attempting to bypass verification or reward limits
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Providing false or misleading information
• Engaging in any activity that is intended to abuse or manipulate the Referral Program

The platform may review suspicious activity and determine whether the associated rewards are eligible.

12. Reward Reversal and Adjustment

If an activity that previously generated a reward is later determined to be invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, rejected, deleted, or otherwise ineligible, the related reward may be cancelled or deducted from the user’s balance.

The platform may also place an account under review or temporarily restrict referral-related functions when necessary.

13. Referral Earnings and Account Balance

Referral commissions, self-earnings, welcome bonuses, and other eligible rewards are credited to the user’s account according to the applicable rules.

Not every click, registration, comment, listing, or post is guaranteed to generate a reward. The relevant activity must satisfy the platform’s eligibility and approval requirements.

Eligible earnings may be used for supported feature purchases or may become available for withdrawal according to the applicable withdrawal rules.

14. Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is:

Users must have at least ৳100 in eligible withdrawable earnings before submitting a withdrawal request.

Only withdrawable and eligible funds can be included in a withdrawal request.

15. Withdrawal Methods

Users may request withdrawals through the following supported payment methods:

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information when submitting a withdrawal request.

16. Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed and paid within 7 to 15 days from the date the withdrawal request is submitted.

The processing period may vary depending on account verification, payment processing conditions, holidays, technical issues, or other operational circumstances.

A withdrawal may be placed under review before payment is released.

If additional verification is required, processing may take longer until the review is completed.

The platform will make reasonable efforts to process eligible withdrawal requests within the stated timeframe.

17. Withdrawal Eligibility

Only eligible and withdrawable earnings can be withdrawn.

Rewards that are still under review, subject to verification, cancelled, reversed, or determined to be invalid may not be available for withdrawal.

If a withdrawal request includes earnings that are later found to have resulted from fraudulent, duplicate, automated, or prohibited activity, the platform may adjust or cancel the affected amount before payment.

Users must ensure that their bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account information is correct.

The platform is not responsible for delays or failed payments resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the user.

18. Account Restrictions

The platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate referral privileges if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation, repeated violations, or other prohibited activity.

Depending on the circumstances, associated rewards may also be cancelled or deducted from the user’s balance.

These measures are intended to protect the integrity of the Referral Program and ensure that rewards are distributed for genuine activity.

19. Changes to the Referral Program

The platform may change or update referral commission rates, self-earning rates, bonuses, feature package prices, daily limits, withdrawal requirements, verification procedures, or other Referral Program rules when necessary.

Any updated rules or rates displayed on the platform will apply to eligible activity occurring after the relevant changes become effective.

Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version of this Policy and the current reward settings.

20. Referral Program Integrity

The Referral Program is provided to reward genuine users who help introduce new visitors and activity to the platform.

Users are expected to promote their referral links responsibly and in accordance with these rules.

The program must not be used for spam, fake accounts, artificial traffic, automated activity, manipulation, or any other activity that could compromise the fairness or security of the platform.
