These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, advertisers, and anyone else who accesses or uses AkonMobile.com, including its classified marketplace and technology blog.
AkonMobile.com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
By creating an account, posting an advertisement, commenting on a blog post, or otherwise using AkonMobile.com, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh
To access certain features of AkonMobile.com, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
Users who post classified advertisements on AkonMobile.com must comply with the following rules:
- All listings must be accurate, honest, and not misleading in any way
- You must only advertise items or services that you legally own or have the right to sell
- Each listing must be placed in the correct category
- Duplicate listings of the same item are not permitted
- Contact information in listings must be genuine and reachable
- Listing prices must reflect the actual asking price of the item
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or restricted goods
- Weapons, drugs, or any controlled substances
- Fraudulent, scam, or phishing advertisements
- Content that violates any applicable Bangladeshi law
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme promotions
- Any content, product, or service that is not suitable for public display or that is restricted from being shown to the general public under applicable law or community standards
Any listing found to contain content that is not suitable for public display or that violates community standards will be removed immediately without prior notice, and the associated account will be permanently suspended with immediate effect. AkonMobile.com reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes unsuitable content.
All classified advertisements posted by users on AkonMobile.com will be automatically and permanently deleted after 365 days from the date of posting.

💾 No Recovery: Once deleted, listings cannot be restored or recovered.
🔔 Reminder: Users are encouraged to re-post their listings before the 365-day expiry if the item is still available.
📌 No Notification: AkonMobile.com is not obligated to send expiry reminders, though we may do so at our discretion.
AkonMobile.com permits users to engage in affiliate marketing activities on the platform, subject to the following rules:
- Permitted: Users may post affiliate product listings that comply with our general listing guidelines, provided the content is genuine, accurate, and does not mislead other users.
- Disclosure Required: Any affiliate listing must clearly indicate that it is an affiliate post. Failure to disclose affiliate relationships may result in listing removal.
- Original Listings Only: All affiliate listings must be written as original content. Copying product descriptions directly from third-party websites is not permitted.
The following affiliate practices are strictly prohibited:
- Direct Advertisement Links: Posting direct links copied from third-party advertisements, banner ads, or ad networks is strictly not allowed. Such links will not be approved.
- Redirect or Cloaked Links: Links that redirect users through multiple URLs or disguise their true destination are prohibited.
- Spam Listings: Posting the same or similar affiliate content repeatedly across multiple listings is not permitted.
- Misleading Promotions: Affiliate listings must not make false claims, exaggerated promises, or mislead users about a product or service.
Any listing found to contain a direct link copied from a third-party advertisement will be removed immediately and without prior notice. Repeated violations will result in the permanent suspension of the user’s account. AkonMobile.com reserves the right to determine what constitutes a prohibited affiliate link.
Any content submitted by users — including ad listings, photos, descriptions, comments, and messages — is subject to the following terms:
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting, you grant AkonMobile.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and use that content on our platform.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you submit. AkonMobile.com does not endorse or verify any user-submitted content.
- Copyright: You must not post content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Moderation: We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice.
- Reporting: Users may report content that they believe violates these Terms. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
All user-generated content on AkonMobile.com — including classified ad listings, uploaded images, ad descriptions, and associated data — is subject to automatic permanent deletion after 365 days (1 year) from the date of creation.
What gets deleted:
🔴 Classified ad listings and all associated photos
🔴 Ad descriptions, titles, and pricing information
🔴 Contact details attached to listings
What is NOT deleted:
✅ Your user account and profile (unless you request deletion)
✅ Blog comments (managed separately)
✅ Transaction records (retained as per legal requirements)
AkonMobile.com accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the automatic deletion of content after the 365-day period.
AkonMobile.com publishes tech blog content and allows user comments. The following rules apply:
- Comments must be respectful, relevant, and constructive
- Spam, self-promotion, or irrelevant links in comments are not allowed
- Hate speech, personal attacks, or discriminatory language is strictly prohibited
- Do not post personally identifiable information about others without consent
- We reserve the right to delete any comment or ban any user who violates community guidelines
- Blog content is provided for informational purposes only. Always verify product information with official sources before making a purchase.
AkonMobile.com may offer paid features or premium listings. Payments are processed via manual bKash gateway. Please follow the steps below carefully to complete your payment:
1️⃣ Place your order on AkonMobile.com. Upon order submission, the system will automatically generate a unique Order Transaction ID for your order.
2️⃣ Send the required payment to our bKash number and enter your Order Transaction ID as the bKash payment reference. (If bKash has a character limit, use only the numeric Order ID number as the reference.)
3️⃣ After sending the payment, submit your bKash Transaction Reference Number to us for manual verification.
✅ Your payment will only be considered complete and verified once your Order Transaction ID reference matches our system records.
- Order Transaction ID: Every order placed on AkonMobile.com automatically receives a unique Order Transaction ID. This ID must be entered as the reference when sending your bKash payment.
- Unmatched References: Payments sent without the correct Order Transaction ID as reference cannot be verified and will not be processed.
- All fees must be paid in full before premium features are activated
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- AkonMobile.com reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to users
- Free listings are subject to the 365-day auto-delete policy as outlined in Sections 3 and 4
- AkonMobile.com is not responsible for payments sent with an incorrect or missing Order Transaction ID
All original content on AkonMobile.com — including the website design, logo, graphics, editorial articles, and software — is the intellectual property of Mohammad Farid / AkonMobile.com and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from AkonMobile.com without prior written permission
- You may share links to our blog articles for non-commercial purposes
- Product images and brand names used in blog posts belong to their respective owners
- User-submitted content remains the property of the user, subject to the licence granted in Section 4
The following activities are strictly prohibited on AkonMobile.com:
- Posting false, fraudulent, or misleading content of any kind
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the website or its infrastructure
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to collect data from our platform
- Impersonating another user, person, or organisation
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Uploading malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Attempting to bypass any security feature of the platform
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose under Bangladeshi law
Your use of AkonMobile.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

AkonMobile.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time and without prior notice if:
- You violate any of these Terms and Conditions
- We receive credible reports of fraud, abuse, or illegal activity from your account
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- We are required to do so by applicable law or court order
Upon termination, all your listings and associated content will be removed. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AkonMobile.com, its owner, and contributors shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
- Loss of data, including the automatic deletion of content after 365 days
- Financial loss resulting from transactions between users
- Any harm resulting from reliance on user-submitted content
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of the website
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify registered users via email or a notice on the website.
Your continued use of AkonMobile.com after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
