GDL GigaX S7 Price in Bangladesh: A Stylish Budget Phone with iPhone Vibes!

Are you looking for a budget-friendly smartphone that looks premium but does not break the bank? GDL has officially released its new budget contender, the GDL GigaX S7, in Bangladesh. With an elegant design, a large display, and a massive battery, this phone aims to capture the attention of everyday users.

In this article, we will look at its price, features, specifications, and whether it is worth your hard-earned money.

Elegant Design and Premium Build Quality

The first thing you will notice about the GDL GigaX S7 is its design. It features a modern, premium look with a durable zinc-aluminum alloy build, which is rare for a phone in this price range. It heavily resembles the iconic look of modern iPhones, giving it an elite feel in your hand.

The phone is available in two beautiful color variants: Oslo Grey and Natural Titanium. Both options feature a gorgeous metallic finish that resists fingerprints and looks outstanding.

Large 90Hz Display for Smooth Scrolling

If you love watching videos, playing light games, or browsing social media, the GDL GigaX S7 offers a massive 6.75-inch IPS LCD display. It supports a 90Hz refresh rate, making animations and scrolling feel incredibly smooth. The display is bright enough for daily indoor use with its 500 nits peak brightness.

However, the screen resolution is limited to HD+ (720 x 1560 pixels), which might look a bit less sharp on such a large panel. Performance and Software Experience

The GDL GigaX S7 is powered by the Unisoc T606 octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. For everyday activities like calling, texting, using Facebook, and watching YouTube, the performance is decent.

On the software side, it runs on Android 15 (Go Edition) with GOS. While the lightweight Go Edition keeps the system fast and stutter-free, it does limit heavy multitasking and some advanced Android features. While this budget device is optimized for lighter use, tech enthusiasts are already looking forward to future software trends, such as the upcoming Android 17 release date and eligible devices.

Camera Capabilities and Long Battery Life

For photography, the GDL GigaX S7 features a 50MP AI main camera on the back, which takes clear, vibrant photos in bright daylight. On the front, there is a 13MP selfie camera housed in a dynamic island-style punch-hole for high-quality video calls and social media uploads.

Powering the device is a massive 5000mAh battery that easily lasts more than a day on a single charge. However, it only supports 10W charging, meaning it will take a long time to charge from 0% to 100%.

If battery and charging speeds are your main priority, you can compare this device with the Raeno Neo 01 price in Bangladesh to find the best deal for your budget.

My Honest Verdict: Is It Worth Buying?

In my personal opinion, I really liked the design of the GDL GigaX S7. Even if someone doesn’t like it at first glance, the fact that it looks almost exactly like an iPhone makes it very attractive! However, just because a phone looks like an iPhone doesn’t mean you must buy it.

That being said, you should still consider this phone because it offers a beautiful large display and a great, long-lasting battery. On the negative side, I felt that the Android 15 Go Edition and the 10W charging support are its biggest drawbacks. If GDL had provided a standard Android 15 version instead of the limited Go Edition, and supported at least 18W fast charging, this phone would have been an absolute steal!

Nonetheless, considering how rapidly smartphone prices are rising in the current market, both the price and the overall features of this phone seem quite reasonable and fair.
